Celebrating the raw power of instinctive creativity, this exhibition unveils the unfiltered beauty of clay and silver, capturing each artist’s deeply personal approach to craft, which Rueangsri draws inspiration from the ordinary people he encounters in his daily life, capturing emotions and expressions in their most unguarded moments. Translating these into his work, he employs raw, unrefined materials like metal, wood, clay, and stone, valuing instinct over structure and eschewing any sense of pretense.

It was a fortuitous coincidence that led Rueangsri and Jiwanuwong to collaborate on Without Illusion, a partnership grounded in raw emotion and shared artistic principles. Through the unrefined aesthetic in Jiwanuwong’s jewelry pieces, a sense of life is reimagined and reborn within Rueangsri’s sculptures.
